- download and save the videoskin.net program http://videoskin.net/system/files/videoskin_net.msi
- dblclick to intall it
- the OS could ask you additional questions to confirm the installation
- that's it

Just downloaded one. Seems to be working fine.
Possibly you are trying to download the "vote by sms" one. In this case you need to send a message to download it.

hello im new to this so far it looks good but to get a skin you have to post why is that? i cant post all the time just to get a skin for the camera

but i have one problem with the program: if i start skype when videoskin.net is open, i only see a black picture, not mine...
i hope you can help me!

You should choose videoskin.net virtual camera as video source in skype.

What is your OS?
Is any webcam installed?
Can you see acutual picture from your real webcam in VideoSkin.net program? if not, click camera in the very top menu of VideoSkin.net main window and choose you camera.
